I received both my Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. I have been connected to community organizations including Big Brothers Big Sisters and Seneca Family of Agencies working as a Clinical Therapist with adoptive and foster youth, their parents and their families. I am now the owner of Revive Then Thrive a fully remote/ online Telehealth Private Practice working with individuals, couples and families in California and Wisconsin.

I am a Certified Emotionally Focused Therapist (for Individuals, Couples and Families). I have assisted in advanced EFT trainings for the Los Angeles Center for Emotionally Focused Therapy (LACEFT) for 2 years and am now hosting The Revive Then Thrive Podcast on YouTube and am leading trainings on anxiety, depression, trauma, self-compassion, relaxation and EFT/ relational health for individuals/ families and schools/ colleges and clinicians/ health workers; as well as consulting with employers and community organizations looking to increase relational wellness in the workplace and community.
